Monopoly Here & Now: World Edition

Currently I’m playing Scrabulous on Facebook, but I’m also a huge Monopoly fan. That is unless I’m playing with my wife and her sisters, because they gang up and cheat. You know how it is, they don’t charge each other rent and make outrageous deals on trading properties.
Awhile back I played a version of […]

Animator vs. Animation

My mom actually sent this to me but it was embedded in a Word document. I did a quick search for it online and found a version I could embed on the AtomFilms website.

Tom Cruise Wins Scientology’s Freedom Medal of Valor

Gawker’s got an interesting story and video of Tom Cruise being interviewed about his faith in Scientology and how it impacts and directs his life and who he is.
Let me put it this way: if Tom Cruise jumping on Oprah’s couch was an 8 on the scale of scary, this is a 10.

That says […]

Drumming Old School

A friend just sent me these two videos of some old school, retro drumming skills.

That stuff is just classic man! Good music.
Do you have some favorite videos on YouTube that highlight someone’s musical talent?

Bobby Fischer Dead - Checkmate!

The Chess playing genius Bobby Fischer died today after a long battle with kidney disease and failure.
Garry Kasparov, the former world chess champion from Russia, said Fischer’s ascent in the chess world in the 1960s and his promotion of chess worldwide was “a revolutionary breakthrough” for the game.

I knew who Bobby Fischer was, but […]

Disintegrator - Gatling Rubber-band Gun

Very impressive!!!
I’m not sure we needed more than 5 minutes of video to get the idea though.
What would be really impressive is if it could somehow reload itself. I’m sure reloading this would make it look like the old gunpowder muskets were rapid firing!

Really Fun Travel IQ Game on Travelpod

A friend sent me this really fun game that tests your travel IQ. Considering I spent almost a decade in the travel industry I should do very well at this.
The game not only checks to see if you know what state various cities are located, it also gives you points on how close […]

Chuck Norris Facts - www.chucknorrisfacts.com

I know this has been popular for awhile now but I just heard about it recently on one of the podcasts I subscribe to, I think it may have been TWiT.
If you’re a Chuck Norris fan, or know someone that is, this site is pretty stinkin’ funny. The different “facts” they have about Chuck […]
