If you’re one that likes to be safe, or just somebody that likes to see crashes, then the Consumer Reports Car Crash Video website has got just what you need.
I just finished watching how one of our cars rates from the Insurance Institute. Sadly, not as good as I’d hoped, but luckily our model has the side curtain airbags for side impacts so that moves us up to just “Acceptable” for both ratings. Not exactly a Volvo.
Pretty fun watching. Although there’s just something about smashing up a perfectly good car that just doesn’t sit right with me. Guess that’s what it takes for safety though.
