Facebook and Flixster Make a Great Team
A friend recently introduced me to Flixster as a little application, plug-in app for Facebook. The idea is simple and has been on the web for awhile now, review a movie and let others read your reviews. The difference for Flixster for me is the integration with Facebook and the ability to build the reviews I read around people and groups of friends that I’m already familiar with and know. These are people I already respect and value their opinions on other things, so why wouldn’t I be interested in hearing what they thought about movies?
Excellent and fun little website.

I am a big Facebook fan. And I agree that having the Flixster plug in is a very neat twist. This can probably be extended to other things, such as reviews of restaurants, food, rock concerts or even other shows. Rock on!

Don’t bother using the Facebook version of Flixster. They seem to have intentionally crippled it.

The thing that the Flixster and Facebook connection have though is just that….connections. How much visibility has Flixster gained by the application being integrated into Facebook. That’s a good thing for sure.
