This is a great video. I’m not real sure about the history behind the video, but it looks like they had fans submit videos of themselves singing clips of the song. They then edited them together to make this video.

Hey whats up Nickle Back. Me and my friends Heather, Sierra, Mackay are in a rocken roll band and we were wondering if we could use the word rockstar in one of the songs we are writing.We listen to your awesome Rocken Roll music.
