I’ll be the first to admit that my first experience with the site was due to Jeremy Wright, or CEO at b5media was interviewed about a plethora of open positions we have right now at b5. However, as I ran through more of the other videos that are available, I thought this was a really great way to get to know a company and its culture in a way you’re probably not going to find while looking through Monster.com or CareerBuilder posts.
Previously in my professional life, I worked for awhile in the recruiting industry and I was responsible for developing a college recruiting program for companies to pursue the fields of ripe future employees that graduate every year. This type of video interview was one of the components we had talked about.
