First there were real pets, then pet rocks, then Chia pets, then Furbies, and Tamagotchi, and now Webkinz.
My friend told me about this website, but his impression was more of a warning to me. He said his wife had become addicted to the game and spent far too much time playing with her Webkinz, while their real pug dog was literally starving and peeing on the kitchen floor.
Webkinz pets are lovable plush pets that each come with a unique Secret Code. With it, you enter Webkinz World where you care for your virtual pet, answer trivia, earn KinzCash, and play the best kids games on the net!
As you can see from the screen shot above, you can start with trading cards, or just get your first Webkinz by logging into the Webkinz website and start creating your character.

Webkinz is cool but very addictive!!! I have been trying not to get on webkinz as much.I read more books then I did before. I think webkinz is making a lot of kids not do homework.

There is nothing bad in webkinz world!!! There is no one that kills anyone or takes things from people!! I heard about it before but it is just a RUMOR!!!! They even have a FAQ about it because people were saying that something in webkinz world is killing webkinz and taking stuff from their webkinz!! IT IS NOT TRUE!!! Webkinz world is full of FUN and GAMES NOT BAD STUFF!!!!

OK… Webkinz is fun. but about this comment… Webkinz is cool but very addictive!!! I have been trying not to get on webkinz as much.I read more books then I did before. I think webkinz is making a lot of kids not do homework. I agree with it except for the homework part. it doesnt make the kids not do there homework they choose to not do it and its not addictive if you only have a couple webkinz and only play on it for an hour or 2 a day.

ive heard about the webkinz killer too my friend got a yellow present and she lost most of her money she had 2257 dollers(on webkinz world) and now has 5555 dollers and she didnt spend it.she saw the boxes and logout a.s.a.p so be carful on webkinz if you care for your webkinz.

I don’t know if the “Webkins Killer” is real or not, but all the stuff people have been saying about it makes me pretty convinced that the stories are true. If someone is making these stories up, they’d better stop! That’s like telling a little kid there’s a monster in teir closet when there’s not. p.s. maddie = Ravenheart?

All of its true! I now have a black kitty. Anyway,
I heard lots and lots of stories. The one that freaks me out the most is the Dr. Quack stories. There are three stories about the devil Duck. First of all, as your going to the clinic, with your sick animal, Dr. Quack gives you a pill. Its $100 to buy. But its a trick! As you feed it to your webkinz, the webkinz poofs away! Second story, If you want to kill your webkinz, walk into the Hospital (clinic) and click on his each of his posters 32 times then click on Dr.Quack 45 times. Third story, Go to Dr. Quacks office at 12:00 in the morning. When you enter the room, you see Dr. Quack. His eyes turn red, He pulls out a curtain and you hear screaming and you see blood. When the curtain moves your webkinz head is cut off. Those are my three stories! But beware, of the killer webkinz.
