What’s Your American Dream?
There’s an interesting article at Forbes.com right now about the “American Dream”.
America is a land built by immigrants, a patchwork of different cultures and creeds. But despite many differences, it’s held together by a common thread: the promise of a better life. To kick off a yearlong celebration of the 10th anniversary of Forbes.com, we asked more than 60 great achievers, including actors, artists, politicians and executives, to answer the question “What is the American Dream?”
The interesting part about the article is the different responses from everyone that they’ve asked. Some of the people I’m interested in reading their input are:
Tiki Barber, Mario Batali, Mel Brooks, Stephen Covey, Mark Cuban, Hugh Hefner, John Leguizamo, Chuck Norris, Kurt Russell, Martha Stewart, Oliver Stone
I’d love to also hear what you think the American Dream means. Please leave us a comment.
